Straightforward pricing.
You pay for machine time, labor and hauling at hourly rates, plus materials. No surprises.

| Equipment Mobilization | $165 per drop | Charged each time a piece of heavy equipment is dropped at a job. Longer jobs may need more than one drop. |
| Material Hauling | $80 / hr | Pickup truck with dump trailer or flatbed: lumber yard, gravel pit, waste, stone and brick |
| Manual Labor | $75 / hr | Fine grading, laying pipe and fabric, stacking wall block and rock |
| Project Management | Varies | Depends on project complexity. Priced per project after talking through the scope. |

ABOUT CJC INDUSTRIES
Two decades of moving Western Slope dirt.
CJC Industries is a one-person excavation operation based in Grand Junction, backed by more than 20 years in the industry. When you hire CJC, owner Cole Bangert is the one on the machine, start to finish.
Cole is also the 2007 U.S. National Downhill Champion. Decades of riding and racing at a high level taught him to read terrain and care about the details, and he brings that to every job, whether it’s a foundation dig or a jump line.
